Premier Signing Service is a family owned mobile notary service. We are commissioned Notaries in the states of Oregon and Washington. Our primary service area is Clark county in Washington and Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties in Oregon. We are consistent, patient and professional, giving every signing our undivided attention whilst walking your clients through each step of the loan signing process.

With Premier Signing Service, you should expect the best. We are a new kind of signing service comprised of professionals who go through an extensive training program. All of our Notaries have completed training with the premier loan signing education programs of the Loan Signing System and are members of the National Notary Association. All Notaries are all background checked each year with the NNA.
